FAQ

1- When will I receive my order?

 -After you place your order, we wait for your payment to be verified and cleared. If everything is correct, your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 days.

2- I received an email that says my order status has changed to "verification required".

 - If you received this email, it means that your order is under verification to make sure it is legit. That may happen due to multiple attempt of payment using the same credit card, or the computer location does not match the billing or shipping address and many other reasons.

3- I live in Haiti, can I purchase from Jecmart?

 - Yes, if you live in Haiti, and you would like to place an order, you can.

4- I live in Haiti and I don't have a credit card, how do I pay for my order?

 - When you get to the payment page, simply choose western union as a payment option and follow the instructions to pay for the order.

5- Will you ship the order to Haiti?

 - Yes, we ship to Haiti, however we have area that we don't ship to. We cover most of the big cities in Haiti.

6- Can I return my order if I live in Haiti?

 - Yes you can but you will pay for the return if the error was not at our fault.

7- I am a retailer, do you sell in bulk to retailer for resell?

 - Yes, we do sell products in bulk, however you have to create an account and let us know in advance that you are purchasing for resell.

8- Are your fragrances original?

 - All our fragrances are 100% authentic.

9- I am looking for a fragrance, I don't see on your website?

 - We sell all brands fragrances, if you don't see it, send us an email with the information, we will get back with you to let you know whether or not we still have it.

10- I live in Haiti and I don't understand English but I would like to place an order?

 - Simply add this number (443-735-4558) to your whats'app and message us, we will help you place the order at no extra cost.
